On November 7th, 2011, the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce will be hosting both the Business Forum and Career Forum followed by a reception where we will all come together and unite. The Connect: Business Forum brings together small, minority and women-owned businesses with large corporations (Fortune 500 companies) and government entities seeking to increase supplier diversity. At the same time, the Connect: Career Forum unites job seekers with companies and government agencies who want a diverse workforce.
This event helps our local economy by stimulating business for small business owners as well as helping to connect employers with potential employees. Attendance is limited in order to facilitate deeper conversations and keep the event "high touch". You can find more elaborate details of the event in it's entirety here.
